Todo: UI layout isn't working - change

The UI layout for Todo's isn't working well. The following changes need to happen to make it easier to use

• Sub-tasks should go under the parent task in a tree form (default closed)
  ** All parent tasks are visible always
• A '+' button in the parent task to add a new sub-task
• The main "Add task" button will only add new tasks
• Change the colour of the trash icon to red
• The number of subtasks need to be listed in the parent task
• The task title needs to be completely visible on the page
• Add a description to the task. I have felt like I needed this every now and then
