Align vendored Physics system #208

Similarly to #140, this PR aligns our vendored physics system with upstream. This time I merged all the updates up to gazebosim/gz-sim@85cc042.

Ahah probably I should have made this PR more theatrical 😄 This is actually a feature we were waiting for long long time. There are no other back-ends 100% ready yet, but bullet is about to come and it will be a great start 😍

Beyond arbitrary physics engines, it seems that self collisions support has been finally implemented. I didn't test it yet, though. It's another feature quite important for us and we were waiting for it.
