Fix for issue #58 - Allow user to specify his own dataLayer object #94

As requested on issue #58, it is now possible to set a different dataLayer object to be used with Google Tag Manager.

The dataLayer name should be passed as a string in the dataLayer option, like this:

jQuery.scrollDepth({
  dataLayer: 'myCustomDataLayer'
});
