Cannot select any cells in Step1

After uploading the .bed files, I cannot select any cells in Step1, therefore when trying to start the analysis the error message 'Please choose at least 3 cells for your analysis.' pops up. Is it something that can be fixed?

Hi I am having the same issue but I used Ginkgo just fine a week ago. I tried clearing cache/cookies and using an incognito window. The upload page shows the files successfully uploaded but none are visible on the next page and selecting "all cells" doesn't work.
I can send the link to my run if needed for debugging.
