This pull request modifies the UGUI and TMPro uninstallers into patchers, which will allow proper utilization of both packages in the unity editor by patching the runtime dlls and modifying the packages to remove both the runtime and test scripts.
As a result, TMPro and UGUI can now be utilized properly thanks to their respective editor scripts.
