revert: "feat(udf): Add deno as UDF language (#15719)"

This reverts commit a1b4b51 (PR #15719).

What's changed and what's your intention?

The PR contains some unintentional Cargo.{toml,lock} changes introduced by improper conflict resolution when merging main. Revert it first and we will try to clean it in the PR before merging it again.
