How to reproduce the issue:

  1. What I did: Made a PR
  2. What I expected to happen: Build was going to work smoothly on both ubuntu and windows
  3. What I actually got: Windows build did not work due to CI=true not being recognized as a cmdlet before the pnpm i statement.
