Attempt to make efikeygen more discoverable and provide documentation breadcrumbs.
Unfortunately, github doesn't seem to render ROFF/mdoc, so linking to the man pages in the repo won't really help. This is awkward because most distros only have pesign-113, which lacks the nice examples in the man pages from 75c3b44.
