Alternatively, you can also install the extension locally:
- Clone the repo or download the files in a .zip-file and unpack it into any folder
- Follow the Instructions listed here (might slightly vary if you use any other Chromium browser)
Currently, the only way to use the extension on Firefox is to sign it yourself:
- Clone the repo or download the files in a .zip-file and unpack it into any folder
- Delete
manifest.json
and renamemanifest_firefox.json
tomanifest.json
- Follow the Instructions for sideloading an extension here
- Select a paragraph by clicking on it or selecting any word from it
- Click on the extension icon in the toolbar. A popup will appear.
- Click on the button - Prepare Text. You should see the first letter of the paragraph highlighted.
- Start typing from the beginning of the selected paragraph.
