Fixes #70

  • Give main readme a table structure
  • Move download commands to the examples and add CLI and git clone versions
  • Add kotlin readme

NOTE There are a few examples that do not have a zip yet and are not yet downloadable via the CLI because they were added after the last release.

Looks terrific!

Can we still have the badges for the languages though in the main readme? they look nice!

I personally find plain text quite a bit easier to read...
