Hey Morgan, have you ever heard back from them or figure it out? I'm currently working on a project and ran into the same issue. |
Sadly no response and I never got it working. :(

Thanks for the quick response! That's super unfortunate :/ I'll let you know if I come across any fixes, It seems like its probably a driver issue but i'm not too sure. |
So funny story, I was troubleshooting with one of my teammates and it turned out to get the whole thing working I just had to change the micro-usb cable that was connected. Once I did that I was able to discover the mic and continue the setup. |
Well damn.
I would've sworn that I tried that before moving on but maybe I didn't. Who
knows?

When I plug it into my laptop (pop os 20.10 running kde 5.19.5) I can set it as the input and output devices and all the beautiful AEC works for my zoom calls.
However, when I plug it into my pi4 running the default Raspberry Pi OS (2020-08-20) I can select it as the output device but no sound will come out of it, and it doesn't even show up in the input devices list.
I've tried flashing all of the firmwares available and they all behave the same way so is there some trick to getting the pi4 to talk to the mic array v2.0?
