Watch subfolders of the watchdir and run any tests in the watchdir and its subfolders.

Thanks to Nate Finch for the go test ./... command (here).

Hi Andrea. Fyi, I put together a new autotest tool on the weekend. https://github.com/gophertown/gat It handles recursive folders a bit better, adding new subfolders as they are created. Do what you will with this pull request.

I haven't had a chance to test it with PrettyTest yet, but I intend to. Any feedback would be appreciated.
