Purpose of this PR
Inclusion of "NAVIGATE_coupled" template ensures that MAgPIE emissions are mapped correctly to IIASA DB variables. This fixes the default export settings for SHAPE.
Type of change
No change to REMIND, just settings for IIASA export.
