Describe the bug
Can't build a monorepo, yarn install dependencies gives random errors

To Reproduce

  1. rm yarn.lock
  2. yarn
  3. See error

../../../node_modules/@types/react-router-dom/index.d.ts(61,47): error TS2315: Type 'Location' is not generic.
