SynchronizingClusterConnectionProvider provides a facility for keyed connections that can be obtained without blocking. Master/Slave requires an asynchronous connection provider to propagate async connection handling.

Extract AsyncConnectionProvider as generic reusable asynchronous connection provider from SynchronizingClusterConnectionProvider. Introduce AsyncCloseable interface declaring asynchronous close methods.
