What does this PR do / why we need it:
Earlier, we used to add all the test cases covering different features to operator-e2e repository. But as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/GITOPS-2217 we are running Kuttl tests in our CI and thus storing the tests in gitops-operator repository as well.
Raising a PR against each version based branch in gitops-operator repository that matches with version based branch from operator-e2e repository. In this case, v1.8.
