@boonware we are looking to release a new version of the workflows in the coming week. We can update to the newest released version once it becomes available |

Use the latest version of the GitHub workflows so that we can use rate limiting fix for Trivy. A new tag is not available so using
mainfor now; a specific tag can be set when one comes available. See this comment for further info.
