Description
This update includes the following improvements to the Contact Us page:
Dark and Light Mode Toggle: Users can now switch between dark and light modes with a toggle button. The theme changes dynamically based on user preference, making it easier on the eyes in different lighting environments.
Progress Bar and Layout Enhancements: Improved the scroll progress bar for better user experience.
Comments Added: Code comments are included to explain each section for easy understanding and future maintenance.
