Summary: We now have the images we wish to use on the welcome guide (current ones were placeholders/watermarked). In addition, decrease the size of the container and make the images larger.

Task: To reduce the size of the guide container and centralise.

@danndz It looks much better, thank you. Can we look at reducing the height of the container now please? There is too much white space now below the content:
