You have to remove the quotes in search paths.
Anyway I went further but had other problems.

Found solution by setting a Search Path for TARGETS as well not only for PROJECT. Also removed double quotes from paths like "$(TOOLCHAIN_DIR)/usr/lib/swift/$(PLATFORM_NAME)"

For this you have to remove the duplicate fonts that you have in Copy Bundle Resources under Build Phases. So if you have any custom fonts added leave that and remove rest from there.

@levitomer Try to remove all fonts from Copy Bundle Resources and build again. If you're using latest react-native version you need not to define it under there. It might be there because you are using react-native-vector-icon.

I've switched to the back to the legacy build system and cleared the cache about 5 times. And it's gone :\

$(TOOLCHAIN_DIR)/usr/lib/swift/$(PLATFORM_NAME) $(inherited) to Library Search Paths still not resolved but couldn't find to change the legacy system to the new build system on XCode v15.2.
