Update the code to the breaking change in ziglang commit 60eabc0ec (std.Build.CompileStep: remove run() and install()) Update the zig version in the README.md file.

I added the full version for the current zig compiler in the Version Changes section, and used a link to #212, instead of my email address, in the change log. The next change log is:
