What problem are you trying to solve?

NGramFeaturizer has been deprecated, and should be removed for 3.0

Definition of Done

  • resolve warning in 3.0 version
  • Removed the module from the codebase.
  • Added a changelog entry for 3.0 saying we've removed the previously deprecated module
  • Removed the references in the docs (there may not be any, but please double-check)
