Improve test coverage for input graphs that use strings for vertex IDs

Prior to this PR, our MG test suite had no coverage for graphs with string vertex IDs.

This issue proposes we add a new small-mid sized dataset that uses strings for vertex IDs to a list of input graphs which algo tests can be parametrized with.
