VariantExtractor : How to Use: (Dependency: Python 3.8, Packages: os, tqdm)

##Support Progress Bar

1. Download as: git clone https://github.com/ranjanjs34/GeneFilterTool.git

2. cd VariantExtractor

3. run sh configure.sh

4. Copy the genelist file inside the directory VariantExtractor

5. copy the annotated files (Annotated by ANNOVAR) in the annotated directory.

6. Run as: ./filter.bin
