Adding a typescript installer into the project, similar to
.coffeeand the others.Added in a dependencies section into the installer rake section to ensure that Angular is going to install typescript.
Also added in a section in the typescript installation to check for react and to install the necessary files for that as well.
Updated the documentation on docs/typescript.md
Resolves issue #1113
