In bf5, <AssertTask: {'from': 1, 'to': 2, 'total_deposit': 0, 'balance': 0, 'state': 'opened'}> fails with

scenario_player.exceptions.RESTAPIStatusMismatchError: HTTP status code "404" while fetching http://127.0.0.1:42057/api/v1/channels/0xa5796d6C185B713C707BDa861A14Ff399b20dCC1/0x0c8f1e666fAcC27A1A8E940DA53f2C9bF8D18A5A. Expected 2..: {"errors": "Channel with partner '0x0c8f1e666fAcC27A1A8E940DA53f2C9bF8D18A5A' for token '0xa5796d6C185B713C707BDa861A14Ff399b20dCC1' could not be found."}

The connection manager will be removed in
#4730, so we don't need
to run that scenario, anymore.

Closes #6591.
