@chuan2984 the revisions look fine, but could you run prettier over the rspec.json file and add a new commit? Some of the spacing and such looks off and it'll eventually cause issues in future PRs.

Adding rspec snippets to ruby, very useful for rspec since this is where snippets are the most useful
