Fix for scrolling issue with contact link

I wanted to thank you for this awesome template, It's one of the best designs I found on Hugo themes.
In the navbar, the contact link was not able to scroll to the correct place.

Even after using your code, I see that the scrolling is slightly off:

Any idea how to fix it?

The same problem arises on desktop, but it’s less off.
