So far this is running without warnings and notes.
The vignette is not yet proofread, because before the 13 Feb release date I am hoping to add 1-2 helper functions for imputation.
Imputation is not straighforward in regional data, because missingness is often caused by boundary changes, which violates assumption of most imputation algorithms. Instead, many times the imputation can be made with logical, additive rules.

internal data is handled in the local enviornment

I am now running inst/extras/document.R in order to generate all docs, and received the following:

Reading 'vignettes/website/regional_data.Rmd'
Error : callr subprocess failed: no applicable method for 'filter_' applied to an object of class "NULL"

Error: <callr_status_error: callr subprocess failed: callr subprocess failed: no applicable method for 'filter_' applied to an object of class "NULL">

<callr_remote_error: callr subprocess failed: no applicable method for 'filter_' applied to an object of class "NULL">
in process 25503
-->
<callr_remote_error in UseMethod("filter_"):
no applicable method for 'filter_' applied to an object of class "NULL">
in process 26552

See .Last.error.trace for a stack trace.
