This program is a 64-bit build of a fork version of Nestopia.

If the system complains that d3dx9_43.dll is not found, you can solve this program by the following ways (either one should work):

1. Install the DirectX 9. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
2. Or just download the 64-bit d3dx9_43.dll from the Internet and put it in the same folder as nestopia.exe.
