Initial release.
This is a simple GUI application to merge multiple PDF files into one.
The bookmarks of the merged PDF file will be created based on the file name and bookmarks of the original PDF file.
At present, only Windows version of the application is provided. Extract the zip file into any directory you want, then click JH PDF Merger.exe to run.
