Getting the JavaYacas executable

Get the last built executable yacas.jar from the directory dist.

Rebuild the executable jar and source tar.gz

• Fetches the current scripts and JavaYacas sources from the yacas repository (https://github.com/grzegorzmazur/yacas). Uses subversion (svn).
• Rebuilds the jar.
• Creates the corresponding source archive.
