We don't use JBoss Parent anymore.
JBoss Nexus is currently down and this is blocking the release. I disabled the tests anyway for the release in quarkusio#35368 but let's not rely on jboss-parent anymore.

In case of a JBoss Nexus outage (which happens quite often unfortunately), these tests become unstable.
