This can speed up the build by 1 or 2 minutes on slower machines.
I decided to not do it in the root pom.xml because that would require to repeat some modules. YMMV!
Btw, Maven 4 will make -pl recursive, but it'll take some time until we can use Maven 4 here, I suppose. 😉
