This PR adds
processGroupIdsparameter to thegenerate-platform-descriptor-jsongoal. Includingio.quarkusin that set (which is what quarkus core is producing) reduces the number of processed artifacts from currently 1187 to 259 with the generated JSON content remaining identical.
