Vert.x 4.1 Epic

Description

This issue is an umbrella issue referencing the various Vert.x issues that would need to be fixed or mitigated in Vert.x 4.1

Issues

• Regression Test: Validation errors on Reactive routes are no longer propagated #16430
• Quarkus sql client PreparedQuery.executeBatch number of rows affected always equal to 1 #16338
• Reactive DB pool - keep IDLE connection on database #16444
• Upgrading from 1.11.x to 1.13.x breaks kubernetes authentication for quarkus-vault extension #16453
• Please enhance JksOptions to support selection of SSL key in keystore using an alias property eclipse-vertx/vert.x#3926 (alias support for certs)
• Introduce support for key password (not store password!) in KeyStoreOptions eclipse-vertx/vert.x#3970 (password per key)
• Non-exitent KeyStore alias is not reported as an error eclipse-vertx/vert.x#3969 (fail on missing alias)

note the Vert.x issue related to #16453 has been merged in master and shall supposedly fix the issue

eclipse-vertx/vert.x#3926 has been fixed in master and will be part of 4.1.0.CR1 release

All good! Let me keep this issue open until we get Vert.x 4.1.0.Final integrated.
