I noticed while testing #1229 that the menus don't respond to clicks to close. Instead, I'd assumed hover would work, which it clearly won't: https://medium.com/design-bootcamp/mobile-doesnt-have-hover-dude-b37e8e0b586e
I then noticed the main navigation menus have the same problem. So I've fixed them as well.
