• fix status icon: display incorrect status.
• RBF batching (opt-in): If the wallet has an unconfirmed RBF
  transaction, new payments will be added to that transaction,
  instead of creating new transactions.
• reduce GUI freeze the first time synchronizing.
• fix block header synchronization failure in some case.
• fix qr scan on osx.
• fix Ledger connection issue (old wallet file cannot be used, need to create a new ledger wallet on Qtum Electrum).

Notes

• Trezor uses bitcoin mode for now, it shows bitcoin type address when signing transactions.
