Description
Djinn uses
__WFI()-- wait for interrupt -- during a period of input inactivity as it's not processing anything new.Previously USB SOF interrupts were enough to wake up the main loop and let the board continue, but after #21656 this is no longer functioning.
This PR adds a new 100Hz Virtual Timer that ensures things are woken up at least once every 10ms.
