When modifying the RSS download filter rules, the filter will be matched against the current articles after each keypress in the "Must Contain", "Must Not Contain" and "Episode Filter" fields.

When there are a large number of articles to match this can result in very unresponsive UX.

I will be submitting a pull request shortly which delays matching until there has been no input for at least one second.
