feat: dynamic shape support for adaptive_avg_poolNd (partially)

Description

Support dynamic shapes for aten.adaptive_avg_pool1d, aten.adaptive_avg_pool2d, and aten.adaptive_avg_pool3d. However, dynamic shapes are only supported for the batch dimension in adaptive_avg_pool1d, and for both the batch and channel dimensions in adaptive_avg_pool2d and adaptive_avg_pool3d.
