Short term sublets are apparently illegal in Singapore.

That doesn't automatically mean that airbnb is illegal, however most properties listed there are likely to be.

A summary of current legal standing should be added to the airbnb paragraph.

Here's a link to airbnb's website regarding the legality: https://www.airbnb.com.sg/help/article/858/singapore

The shortest stay you should book is 3months for private properties, and 6months for HDBs.
