This task in under progress. There are some action items after discussion with @bhavin192 :

• Create two repos: content and theme.
• Finalize text content on the site.
• The meetup page summary should be the posts on the hugo site.
• Disable "Previous meeting" section from the page when posts are added.
• Brainstorming on showing weekly newsletter on the site with RSS feed (future scope).
• Brainstorming on showing events/activities on the page. (Not recommended now)

Update: Started converting meetup-talks repository into hugo site. The progress can be seen here
