* started working on rendering deterministic sites

* added "deterministic" to substitute class

* created new substitute handler for deterministic sites for rendering and updated model relations

* reverted change of substitute handler

* removed comments which arent needed (old version)

* stored plate information for deterministic sites

* added section to illustrate rendering of deterministic sites

* changed condition for sample_plates to handle deterministic sites

* moved deterministic site section down

* removed virtualdocuments for notebook
