Maya: Take into account vray master AOV switch #822

Bug

Collecting file for render did not take into account vray switch for enabling/disabling all AOVs.

Testing

In Maya Render Settings > Vray > Render Elements add some AOVs. Run publish and check Render Layer collector for expected files - those AOVs should be listed there. Now uncheck Render Settings > Vray > Render Elements > Enable/Disable All and run publish again. There should now be only beauty aov.
