hooks: gcloud: suppress errors

Supress errors raised by `copy_metadata`; these may occur when
the hook is triggered by the `gcloud` namespace package from
`gcloud-aio-*` and `gcloud-rest-*` dists instead of the
`gcloud` package from the `gcloud` dist.
