ASB ehp restored over time #123

'Misc' column for ASB with charges shows ehp restored over time. For Vargur w/o fit (just XL ASB with navy 400s) time shown is 105 seconds.

5 seconds cycle * 9 charges = should be 45 seconds.

Pyfa 1.2.0 stable, windows zip build.

Don't the things have a minute reload time ? Try toggling the "include
reload time" checkbox on and off

Reload time should not be taken into consideration regardless of setting anyway, it makes this info useless.

As you mentioned it's reload time affecting it
