This guide will take you through getting started with Pyblish for Windows.

Introduction

There are a few ways to install Pyblish, here's what you need to know.

  1. The installer (below) is great for testing the waters, to see if Pyblish is for you.
  2. Once you are ready to commit and use Pyblish in a production environment, use the manual installation.

The manual installation differs in that it will allow you to choose where to install Pyblish, and delegates management of environment variables to you for more control. The installer on the other hand does this for you.

Installation

Download an installer from here and run it.
