Thanks for the contribution. Please, translate other strings and files too, then I'll merge the pull request.

Missed arguments in first and second strings. Should be por {} and para {}.
Context of the first 4 lines is like user has been locked by admin for 24 hours permanently with a reason "bye".

Please, save punctuation marks and spaces. In your translation user will receive double spaces that is not beautiful.

Please, check the final xml file with utility pvpgn_localize_validator.exe and fix warnings.

Usage: pvpgn_localize_validator.exe common.xml

There were 2 more files added w3motd.txt, bnhelp.conf since you fork the repo #38 #39.
newaccount.txt has the same content as termsofservice.txt, so you can duplicate text.

And fix warnings for common.xml, please (log in the previous message).

Please, give info about country variations for Spanish language in the sheet http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb896001.aspx. Are they matching to a list in this commit?

And let me know when you finish the translation.

I don't know particularly about each country variations, only some general notes on most of them. And the tags list on the commit are always esES while, from the sheet, the last 2 letters should be esAR or esCL depending on the country.

esES in the source code means that it used for all the defined countries.
So, is it correct if your translation will be used for URY, VEN and all others in the list for Spanish language?

Ah, yes. The main difference between spanish from spain and spanish from the main SA countries it's when adressing to second person. I've tried to make translations as impersonal as possible and when unavoidable used formal speech towards second persons, which should be accepted for any variations. Also avoided the words I know about which can have completely different meanings for one another, and avoided "non-official" words, mostly used from SA countries, that are almost "spanglish". So summing up, always tried to make the translations as neutral as possible, so it can be ok for any country.
