Originally build Vanagon generic builder as Build #2305. Since it failed on 4 platforms (el-7-x86_64, el-8-x86_64, solaris-11-i386, windows-2012r2-x64) therefore I reloaded the matrix for 4 platforms having Build #2306, where it ran successfully.

Build Vanagon generic pipeline as Build #2307, but it failed for el-8-ppc64le, therfore I reloaded the matrix with Build #2311 and it ran successfully.
